A GIFT FROM MORNING DOVE INN
Carol Lee Tieman has traveled to Bethel Volunteer Ministry since 2005, providing assistance to South Mississippians impacted by Hurricane Katrina.
She owns the Morning Dove Inn in Belmar, New Jersey where guests learn all about the needs of Mississippians from Carol Lee who in turn forwards their donations to us.
In addition to all of her assistance preparing for the Clinic Dedication, Carol Lee made a substantial personal donation to the clinic, which is to be match by Prudential Matching Gifts Program Foundation.

A GIFT FROM CHRIST MEMORIAL PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH
Retired nurses Katie Kinzie and Leta Renich from Christ Memorial Presbyterian Church in Columbia, Maryland traveled to our clinic in November 2008 to volunteer their skills.
Leta explains that they were so “delighted to see God at work her in the atmosphere and warmth of the volunteers and people being served”.
Upon returning home, Leta gave a report on her trip to the Church Mission Committee, who agreed to support the clinic’s efforts through a donation of $2,000. Leta and her husband, Waldo, arrived 2 weeks prior to the clinic dedication and not only presented this wonderful gift, but worked tirelessly to help move the clinic to its new location.
BFHC Board President Pete Berlowitz is a member of Christ Memorial Presbyterian Church.
We are very grateful to the Mission Committee and the congregation of Christ Memorial for the time, treasure and talent they share with us through The Renichs, Ms. Kinzie, and Pete.
This church continues to support our clinic today.
Thank you for your continued support!
